Yoga has become an essential part of my physical and mental health and well being. It’s all encompassing. Yoga has smoothed out my aches and pains- helped me recover from major injuries, and kept my body running smoothly and pain-free. Yoga has also given me a sense of wellness and peace in my life, bringing me one with the earth, universe, God, my fellow beings, and most importantly, my inner self.
